By-Laws - Article VII Paragraph 4
Additional nominations for officers or members of the Board may be made by any three members of the Associations in writing addressed to the Secretary and sent by mail (certified, return receipt requested). To be approved , the letter must be signed by the three members making the request, accompanied by a signed statement of the nominee indicating a willingness to serve if elected and must be postmarked at least seven days prior to the annual meeting.
