PA Senatorial District 4

Pennsylvania State Senate is the upper house of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, which also includes the House of Representatives. There are 50 members, elected to four year terms, with off-numbered districts elected most recently in 2008 and again in 2012. Even-numbered districts are elected in 2010 and again in 2014. Consequently, District Four's term runs from 2010-2014.

Elections are held in November of even numbered years. In Montgomery County, there are 8 Senatorial Districts: 7, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 44 and 4. The 4th District covers all of Abington, Rockledge, Jenkintown, Cheltenham and a portion of Philadephia.
